FAQ's

Postage is applied per order, it's a flat postage rate regardless of how much you order. We send orders by Royal Mail, you can choose between Royal Mail 1st Class postage £4.99 (Classed as 'Express' Delivery 2-3 working days) or Royal Mail 2nd Class postage £4.49 (Standard delivery, 2-5 days) to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

FREE UK delivery is available of orders over £40 which includes Royal Mail 1st class postage

Which postal services do you use?

We only use ROYAL MAIL for our postal services. 

For UK orders we aim to dispatch within 2 working days, however during busier times, this may increase to 2-3 days. Once you have placed your order, we will email you to confirm when it has been dispatched. 

Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, using one of their business services, and generally the time frame here is 2-3 days for 1st class and 3-5 days for 2nd class.

NOTE:- For custom orders there are separate and different time frames depending on the order, it's construction and so on, but we will communicate this with you when discussing your custom requirements.

All Royal Mail parcels have a reference number which can be used to 'track and trace' your delivery. This provides proof of postage and delivery confirmation. 

Large letter packages are sent recorded delivery, so as to obtain a reference number.

All reference numbers are added to your order once your order has been dispatched.

We offer a universal range of products, to assist with general development, exploration and needs. Children and adults alike, regardless of age, are interested in sensory exploration and development. Many of the toys and tools on our site are beneficial from a young age, offering visual and tactile sensory benefits to assist with their development and learning new skills.

In particular, Children and adults on the autism spectrum often find similar toys and tools benefit them and their sensory, processing, anxiety and fidget needs. My own autistic children are very practical based, and teaching them new skills can be easier for them if there is a practical element, this also works for their self-management of anxiety...... remembering to take deep breaths and counting to relieve anxiety is easier for them if they are squeezing a ball at the same time, breathing in when they squeeze, and breathing out when they release, replicating the movement both physically with their body and practically with their hands.

Fidget items are a practical tool for everyone, and can help with focus, concentrating, anxiety and patience.

We accept all major forms of payment by debit and credit card, including Visa, Mastercard as well as Paypal and  Apple Pay.

We appreciate and value customer reviews. A review can be left directly on our website. You maybe sent an email asking your to confirm you have left a review, this is to ensure clarity and confidence for all customers, that reviews are from genuine customers.

Yes you can. If you would like a bundle with specific items, just drop us a message with your query, including the items your would like and we'll arrange a custom order for you. We don't charge extra for custom services.

This solely depends on the actual product and the person using the item. It's especially important to remember when buying sensory toys, that strength is a key individual factor. Particularly in relation to liquid filled balls or toys with moving parts. Even with my own children, one is more heavy handed than the others, and even if they have the same toy, his will not last as long. This doesn't mean that they can't enjoy the toy, just that it's longevity maybe slightly less. Most sensory toys, such as plush, foam or padded balls, stretchy toys etc. are designed with strong use in mind.

Yes. All of our toys are branded and purchased from our UK suppliers which include a CE/UKCA Mark and this is often indicated on the relevant item via a tag or enclosed information pages. Some products which are supplied loose, ordinarily in a larger display box which does contain the information, may not have this information displayed on the individual item, however if you have a query in relation to this, please just drop us a message and we can confirm it's origin etc.

Yes, if you are buying an item, bundle or product as a gift, please contact us beforehand or straight after an order has been placed, using the contact us section, so we can ensure a note is added to your order with the address you wish the order to be delivered to.
