About us

A Small Family Business!

As a family with Autistic sons, we have experienced the joys and challenges of complex needs daily for over 20 years and counting, the differences in ages and needs resonated the necessity for different approaches, tools and resources to accommodate those differences. The challenge in recent years, with the influx of 'sensory' toys meant it was often hard to determine their origin, or whether they had CE/UKCA marks.

So in 2017, I decided to put all my knowledge and experience into a small business, sourcing products from trusted UK suppliers, and ensuring I could offer them to other families, children, adults and carers at prices which were affordable with quality and safety assured.

Today it seems 'sensory' products and toys are available almost everywhere, and these can vary in quality. As a parent, I like to know that when I purchase an item, it will last longer than five minutes and I can trust the brand! All products we offer have been tried and tested at home by myself and my children, (one is a little more heavy handed than most, and toys are certainly put through the toughest of paces) so you can be sure you're receiving products others on the spectrum have found useful, practical, enjoyable, safe and durable (depending on your strength naturally, as my youngest proves).

We are constantly sourcing new products and introducing new ranges as we find them, and believe that the most practical and cost effective way to start or add to a sensory box, or sensory tools is with bundles. They are something we focus on with a passion, as they offer a wider selection, at a highly reduced price than purchasing them separately, and offer the user a more eclectic range to explore.

As a small family run business, we pride ourselves on helping others in situations like ours, we know how hard it can be sometimes. Which is why we offer free giveaways on our facebook pages, and also FREE products to 'add on' to orders. Just knowing we've helped someone and made their day with a smile is humbling.

We are still finding our feet with social media, I will confess to being a little out of touch, but we have a Facebook page, and have recently joined Instagram so that's taking me out of my comfort zone.

We hope you will find something of interest in our store, and wish you all the best from our family to yours.
